You can start by contacting our team of contract furniture experts and sharing your furniture requirements. Let us know what type of project you are working on, any links to the furniture you are interested and the quantities, or an FF&E document.
We are here to help at any stage in your project, whether you are looking for an initial estimation of costs or already have detailed drawings and concepts of your space. From there we will work with you to find the best furniture for your space while keeping within your budget and delivering the highest quality of furniture.
We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours.
Once received, your enquiry will be reviewed and passed to the appropriate member of our team, who will get back to you directly. If you haven’t heard from us within this timeframe, please feel free to get in touch, as occasionally emails can be missed or filtered.
Your enquiry will be handled by one of our experienced sales team members, who will discuss your requirements and recommend suitable products.
Once you have selected your products, we will provide a quotation for your approval.
Once your order has been placed and the agreed payment terms are confirmed, we will issue an Order Confirmation (OC), which will include the estimated delivery date.
Approximately two weeks before delivery, we will contact you with an update.
Our Operations team will then be in touch around one week before the due date to arrange the delivery details with you.
We allow 48 hours from order confirmation for significant changes to be requested, including changes to quantities, upholstery selections or cancellation of the order.
After this period, changes may no longer be possible or may incur additional charges, depending on the stage of production. We will always discuss any potential costs with you before proceeding.
