Nestled along the charming streets of Covent Garden, Delamina Townhouse welcomes guests into its newest restaurant, a true celebration of Eastern Mediterranean cuisine. This beautiful space, filled with unique furniture, bespoke art, and a warm, inviting atmosphere, is the latest creation of the award-winning design studio Run For The Hills.

Delamina's Story

Delamina Townhouse is much more than just a restaurant—it’s a story of passion and heritage. Founded by the talented husband-and-wife duo, Limor and Amir, Delamina draws inspiration from Limor’s vibrant Eastern Mediterranean upbringing in Tel Aviv. Limor’s self-taught culinary artistry shines through the menu, weaving together the flavors, spices, and traditions of her Eastern Mediterranean and European roots. Her focus on healthy, wholesome ingredients creates dishes that are as nourishing as they are exciting, from perfectly grilled meats to vibrant vegetarian offerings. Paired with a carefully selected wine list and cocktails infused with the same aromatic spices used in the kitchen, every meal at Delamina is an unforgettable experience.

The Location

Housed in a Grade II-listed Georgian townhouse, the interiors reflect Limor and Amir’s deep appreciation for light, texture, and authenticity. The period features have been thoughtfully preserved, complemented by soft furnishings, neutral tones, and plenty of natural light. The result? A space that feels both uplifting and intimate. Guests can choose from a variety of dining settings, including two elegant drawing rooms with fireplaces, a spacious dining bar, private dining areas, and even a cozy outdoor terrace.

The Project

At Kirkdale Studios, we’re proud to have played a role in bringing this beautiful vision to life. Collaborating closely with Run For The Hills, we contributed to every stage of the design process, from concept development to the sourcing, supply, and delivery of carefully curated loose furniture. Many of the pieces were crafted in-house at Kirkdale Studios, designed specifically to align with the unique spirit of Delamina Townhouse. Manufactured in Portugal for contract use, each piece reflects the quality and style that define both the space and the broader Delamina brand.

Bespoke Furniture

Among the number of bespoke items designed for Delamina Townhouse is the Toulouse Lounge Chair. With its unique, curved form, this lounge chair comfortably hugs its user in a familiar way while also tapering up and out to give a light, spacious experience. Meanwhile the sides curve around the back and slope down for a relaxed armrest perfect for leaning back into while enjoying a glass of fine wine and conversation which the stunning interior is sure to inspire. The chair is upholstered in two colourways which feature in different areas of the restaurant, rich forest green and cream patterned fabrics feature in the ground floor while buttery yellows and oranges infuse the drawing room with colour.

The upholstery used throughout the project was carefully selected in collaboration with some of the finest fabric houses, including Houles, Crest and Romo. These textiles were chosen to complement the bespoke furnishings, bringing together a perfect balance of elegance, durability, and comfort to suit the unique aesthetic of the Townhouse.
