Historical Parisian debut of Japanese cuisine restaurant, Benihana, at 163 Rue Saint-Honoré, one of the most exclusive streets in the capital. 

Benihana is ready to delight Parisian Senses.

Blending performance and culinary artistry, Benihana offers a tradition that fuses precision and performance. Each dish is a spectacle, with the chef’s dramatic knife skills creating an interactive performance , adding excitement to every meal. 

The opening of  Benihana, Paris is poised to become a national attraction, providing guests with an unforgettable taste of Japan.

The Benihana experience begins in the cocktail bar with palate-tempting creations from master mixologists. The menu encompasses classic cocktails and specialty beverages developed at the cutting edge of global trends. You will also find a superb range of luxury sake, some of the finest Japanese whisky and a comprehensive range of wines, beers and spirits. Guests will also have the opportunity to experience a traditional Japanese tea ceremony. Following this introduction guests can indulge in the chefs showcase,  preparing exquisite dishes right at your table, using only the finest luxury ingredients—from premium meats and fresh seafood to crisp, seasonal vegetables.

When design becomes a backdrop to a culinary show.

La Villaine has proven once again their commitment to each project they take on with their intelligent understanding of Benihana’s needs and values, leading to an aesthetic that fulfils their vision and ethos. Benihana, Paris features an interior which perfectly compliments the teppanyaki experience, each area of the restaurant tells a story of positivity inspired by Japanese art, lifestyle and philosophy. 

The beautiful painted walls and textures were designed by Rosatelier in collaboration with La Villaine. The intricate and unique wall features pine tree motifs, traditional French bas relief techniques and gold, hand-painted cranes on the black ceiling, flying freely. The Furniture

We worked closely with La Villiane to produce the stand out Convent Garden Benihana, and are delighted to offer our expertise for the very first Benihana in France. Both pay particular interest to Japanese ethos of finding beauty and balance in the imperfections, allowing for true perfection to stand out. This is further shown through the blending of concrete and timber, which is inspired by Japanese resilience, creating a harmonious mix of cold and organic materials. In keeping with this tradition we recommended the String Barstool, which is made by a unique piece of solid beech wood and characterised by pronounced curves, accompanied by the Remo Side Chair, an elegant and strikingly refined chair offering a comfort with a touch of sophistication, this combination creates the perfect balance between elegance and fusion, working in tandem to provide a focus on the theatrical display . We also provided the Berlino table to further compliment the style, tone and overall finesse of the establishment. All furniture provided is suitable for commercial, contract, domestic and residential use.

Each chair has been sourced, tested and carefully considered to ensure a perfect match with the atmosphere and venue, offering superb comfort as well as a beautiful seat. We also supplied sample chairs to allow the client to test the strength and suitability, while also providing the client confidence in our chairs.

Made with exceptional diligence and the highest quality materials available, the chairs have been upholstered and finished in supple tan and black faux leathers, stained beach and natural oak.
